Brailes is the perfect place to base yourself for walking, whether its a weekend, short break or holiday.
We have an abundance of public footpaths which will lead you off to many parts of our stunning countryside.
We have many maps that you can borrow.
On the first Sunday in May the local school PTA organise the Three Hills Walk, using footpaths and crossing private land with the kind permission of the local land owners. This is the only time one can go over the famaous Brailes Clump at the summit of Brailes Hill.
One of local residents Mr Jim Sargeant, has produced a leaflet which is avialable at The Studio. The parish of Brailes has 25 miles of footpaths and bridleways.
This leaflet describes 10 circular walks using public footpaths across the fields.
Each walk starts and finishes at the George Hotel, Lower Brailes where food is served lunchtimes and evenings, 7 days a week.
